need to put a stop to children on their computers at a certain time.and not let them on certain programmes.do l need to be administer on their computers be gratful if someone to let me know thanks

It depends upon OS that you aare using. If you have Windows Vista then it comes with parental control that you use. If you are using OS other than Vista than you need to install a parental control software as as web watcher. You can read a review at:
