It's not your processor as it's a solid state (no moving parts) component of a computer. The noise you are hearing will either be the CPU fan, the Power Supply Fan or the Hard drive itself.

If it's either of the fans it's probably a worn ball bearing. You'll probably have to replace it which isn't a big deal because they are fairly cheap.

If it's the hard drive then you have to figure, if it's a fairly new noise then it might mean your hard drive will be failing soon. So get your drive backed up and get a replacement drive.

You'll have to find someone who knows what they are doing and get your drive ''cloned'' and transferred to a new drive.
The processor itself is silent. Do you mean the fan on top of it? You will probably have to purchase a new fan, or a new heatsink assembly if they are all-in-one.

Also, are you sure it is not the hard drive? Hard drive noises are normal, but if it is especially loud or grinding, you should back up your data and try to purchase a new hard drive as soon as possible.
Most likely its the hard drive making the noise because it needs defragmented
well, it might not be ur processor that is making the noise

com'on now processor is a chip, it doesnto move. how can it make some noise???

but it might be the processor fan that is making a noise. remove the casing and check if the fan is working properly. check whether any wire is touching the processor fan. it everything's ok then check the power supply fan and if thats ok check that if its hard disk that making the noise. if you still have the problem check if all the RAMs are in there place (nice %26 tight). and if u still got the noise problem.................................... buy a new computer
